Babyblogshop will be closed between 24 December 2011 till 26 December 2011 for holiday!

During this period, Babyblogshop will NOT be able to answer any email queries, including taking & sending out of orders

All payments for orders received on or before 22 December 2011 will be posted out by 23 December 2011 (provided that confirmed payment & mailing details has been received by then).

Payments for orders received between 23 December 2011 till 26 December 2011 will only be posted out from 27 December 2011 onwards.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• BabyBlogShop will NOT BE responsible for any lost items once orders are posted out. Thus, we highly recommend our customers to use registered mail
• Goods once sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• In case of any obvious defect to the item received (such as stains or tears in material, etc), notification must be made known to us via email within 3 days after receiving your items. We will then review your situation. Exchange or refund (excluding postage) will be on a case-by-case basis & to our discretion.
• Due to lighting issues, the colour of the products shown on the pictures may vary from the actual product.
